5k round two

Since i was unable to run in yesterday's 5k.. I'm aiming to run in one the week after my graduation.

BF made a good point though. When will i start to feel well enough to start training?


Week one (let's see if i can stand up straight...)

1 Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Brisk five-minute warmup walk.
